In this directory is available for academic research and teaching the source R code that implements the clusterv
package for cluster reliability assessment. 

Directory content:

rData.R
Source R code for generators of high dimensional synthetic data distributed according to gaussian distributions.

rp.R
Source R code for random projections: Random Subspace (RS), Plus-Minus-One (PMO), Achlioptas and normal random projections 
are avalilable.

clusterv.R
Set of functions for computing cluster validity indices based on random projections.

clusterv2.R
Set of functions for computing cluster validity indices based on random projections specific for
the k-means, fuzzy-k-means and PAM clustering algorithms
