Introduction

In this tutorial we provide some practical examples to introduce the usage of the clusterv R package. For details about the single functions implemented in the library, please, see the Reference manual.

In the next section we briefly describe the main functionalities implemented in the package, then we introduce a first complete example on how to easily use the package to evaluate the results of a specific clustering algorithm (Getting started with Clusterv). The remaining sections introduce to the different specific functionalities of the package and provide also some applicative examples to the analysis of the reliability of clusters discovered in DNA microarray data.
