1.- The final ready copy must follow the initial instructions for authors, taking into account the reviewers’ comments and suggestions that can be made during the presentation of your contribution. You must use your author password. The deadline for submitting the camera ready is 5-July-2025 (after the conference, with the feedback obtained during the presentation). 2. -You must fill in the registration form, using the corresponding section in our webpage, and proceed with the payment, according with the details given on the web site. Please, take into account that one registration is mandatory for any accepted paper as a previous condition for its presentation and publication in the LNCS proceedings. Please, you must send the filed form, together with the corresponding payment by email to iwann@fase20.com or neomar@fase20.com 3. Your paper must have the range from 12-15 pages. 4.- The types of presentation are: a. Oral presentation (face to face) b. Poster presentation (face-to-face) c. Oral presentation (via Zoom) d. Poster presentation (via Zoom) e. Virtual presentation. Submission of a video for the IWANN website. We will try to adapt to authors' preferences as to the type of presentation they prefer. Please, update this information in your submission. 5.- For authors presenting via Zoom. We would like to have all the video presentations as soon as possible, in case there are any interconnection problems with the participants, for authors presenting via Zoom. We would appreciate if you could send us the presentation (about 13-15 minutes) using the Easychair platform. Please, in .mp4 format, which consist of a recorded video or recording slides with voice-over where authors could present their accepted contribution. Please, send us before 14th June 2025.
