Download software and documentation

Clusterv needs a proper installation of the R environment on your computer. See the R project web site http://www.r-project.org to install the R environment.

The last version of the clusterv R source package is downloadable from:
http://homes.dsi.unimi.it/valenti/SW/clusterv/download/clusterv_1.1.tar.gz

To install the package on a unix/linux R environment, as usual, type as root from your shell prompt:
> R CMD INSTALL clusterv_1.1.tar.gz

This automatically installs the code and the HTML and pdf documentation.

Anyway, you can also directly download from this site the pdf clusterv manuals:

In particular the tutorial contains also examples of applications of clusterv to high dimensional synthetic data and to DNA microarray data.
