The procedure for generating artificial gene expression data
is based on the model proposed in the paper. To ensure its
flexibility, each phase of the procedure is ruled by some parameters
for which reasonable default values (modifiable by the users) are
provided.
For simplicity we consider the case where two expression profiles are
to be generated. Schematically, the procedure can be split into three
main steps.
