Software download and documentation

Mosclust needs a proper installation of the R environment on your computer. See the R project web site http://www.r-project.org to install the R environment.

The last version of the mosclust R source package is downloadable from:
http://homes.dsi.unimi.it/valenti/SW/mosclust/download/mosclust_1.0.tar.gz

To install the package on a unix/linux R environment, as usual, type as root from your shell prompt:
> R CMD INSTALL mosclust_1.0.tar.gz

This automatically installs the code and the HTML and pdf documentation. Note that mosclust requires the clusterv R package.
